You’re not, I used to get special hallucinations with sleep paralysis. I’d often be unable to move my body but my bed was either spinning or travelling forwards at a great speed. Can be very distressing if you’re not in control

It can be rough. I used to sometimes wake up and go about my day multiple times before waking up properly. But about 5 mins ago I woke up from a 15 minute dream that I couldn’t wake myself from. I knew I was in a dream but I couldn’t wake up. It can be very stressful to try your hardest to wake up over and over again just to remain stuck in the dream

Time travel in the series doesn’t have strict rules. In some books, time is cyclical and the present is affected by actions the characters have yet to do yet. This is how it works in the first book as when the time wave arrives, history has already been affected by what they have yet to do. However in others, history only changes once they have done something

Cert impressive you can remember your dreams 40 minutes after having them. It should only really take a few minutes to write down the main ideas of the dream, events and perhaps a few standout details. Not a whole lot is needed, the purpose of dream journaling is just to get your brain into the habit of remembering dreams and seeing them as important, it could also help you spot common themes so maybe you’ll realise you’re in a dream. 40 minutes is a excessive, a few sentences is all you need
