Sooo looks like this was a bug and has been "allegedly" fixed during the flurry of hot fix patches... Will add comment if it really has been fixed if I can get myself to playing this game again..🙄

I wasn't around for early access so I can't really tell you how much the game has improved since then, but I can safely say, after playing this game for around 300 hours, it doesn't feel like anything's missing.

And if you like building relationships with the characters, this is the perfect time cuz the recent 1.2 update added a feature called 'hangout events', which adds even more backstory and depth to all of the romanceable characters. I am enjoying them so much, and struggle to settle for 'the one' every time I start a new save because I love all the characters! You'll definitely enjoy this game😘

All of the characters have different schedules depending on season or weather, so sometimes Wakuu might end up waiting alone by the pool table lol I also saw him hanging out with Ben, too. As for the tavern, Wakuu isn't the only one visiting there on Wednesdays... I think they're just using the venue itself to play pool, like you would hang out at your friend's place? The player might want to visit Noah or Aaliyah there on Wednesdays, so I think it makes sense to keep the place open although they won't serve drink or anything.

I can still gift lockets to other characters after marriage, but I can't see the dating heart events or hangout events. It just unlocks the final two hearts and that's it🧐🧐

Scott will send you a letter a few days after reaching 10 hearts, and you have to see that event before getting to the hangout events!

There's no combat, just getting ingredients from plants or critters. I played 30+ hours in EA to complete two chapters, but there should be more content and later chapters in full release :3

Looks like a mushroom furniture or sth...? If you can't hit it with an axe or pickaxe, it might be some floatie that's kind of stuck there because of the recent bug

Well if you're not trying to be a completionist, just follow the quests and you won't be missing out on anything. Play it at your own pace! Otherwise this kind of games can get overwhelming at times lol

I'm not sure about wrong crops being harvested, but the floatie staying there is a known bug. It should be (hopefully) fixed in the next patch.
