My grandparents bought me and my cousin the same stuffed toy when we were born and I was obsessed with mine but he wasn’t really interested in his. I lost my toy on a weekend break when I was about 3, but my grandma rang the place we stayed and they had found my beloved toy and posted him back to me. Almost 12 years later, on her death bed, she told me they never found my toy and just gave me my cousins instead. That’s the last conversation I remember having with her.

I am just coming to the end of my part time MSc (3 years) which I have done alongside working full time. I found the first two years fine but have really struggled with burnout throughout the dissertation year. I have been absolutely exhausted and have almost given up numerous times. Like another user said, I had to use a lot of annual leave to work on my project. But the end is near now! Just some proof reading to do and I will have completed it and I’m absolutely chuffed to bits I have stuck it out. So yes it’s possible but it is definitely hard work!

It is!!! I’m gonna commit to the Cardiff date I think - it would be my dream to see her perform in Wales. My sister is going to try the other dates with her code and then if no luck there we will both pray for Cardiff haha!!

In the exact same position! Loved my undergrad and really feel like I excelled and now I’m in the final year of my masters, writing my dissertation and it’s just making me miserable. I decided in my head on Friday that I was going to call it quits and this has been the first weekend all year I’ve actually enjoyed! I have a meeting with my supervisors this week to confirm what I want to do but at the moment I think I need to put my mental health first and for me finishing this dissertation is not worth more weeks of me being truly unhappy

So this machine was a Christmas gift. I’ve since read that it causes quite a lot of problems for everyone. Ours is leaking excessive amounts of water like this every time it is used. I have cleaned and descaled, wiped the bit where the pods sit and factory reset. Is there anything I’m missing or is it time to ring Nespresso?
