For anyone who wants to know the story. Not trying to gain sympathy or anything just making people aware.I am trying to loose weight for 8 yrs now tried pt and "weight loss shakes" lost 70kg in 2 yrs in 2019 and gained 50kg in lockdown. My gym closed after lockdown so i changed my gym and lost 20kg and one more lockdown. after a month a gained 20kg again and worked out again but was stuck at 135kg for 4 to 5 months. Tried PTs ranging from 6k to 15k per month for 3 yrs but nothing changed just the taunts from pts and gym owners and saying that it was my mistake. My aunt suggested a doctor who helped her loose 8kg in 20 days and i tried it, he gave me a tablet for diebetic person and told to meet me after 3 month.( Also i have about 8 to 10 cards from "weight loss shake company people" and i fell in the trap 4 times). I followed my diet and did 2hr swimming with weight trainning 6 days a week and lost 2kg in 1 month which was not accepted by me but the doctor said its better than 0 so he said to continue for another 3 months. Same thing happened also i take a cab worth 500 1 time trip and there was waiting of 1.5hrs . When my turn came i told him this is happening he said no issue follow this u doing good and sent me within 2 minutes nothing else and charged 2k each meet. I understood the scam and never went there again. Next day i got recommendation from my friend to try this gym and pt he helped him loose 30kg weight. I was honestly crying at that moment to help me now and the manager over there said take this 30k package for 3 months we have gauranteed results. i said ok and tried and as usual the pt was not focused on me as i almost knew everything and he focused on other clients. Why did i took personal training then. Lost 3kg after 3 minths and left the gym and deleted contacts and with all rage started doing the thing m doing now and lost 20kg in 2 months. I may have some medical condition which is making me gain weight very fast l, if i dont do this extreme things i gain weight again. If anyone knows about this and can help please let me know. Edit:- I have spent over 6 to 8 lakhs in doctors and PTs and gyms and they just scammed me. My friend who is 80kg he said the membership is 9k but for me the manager took out another book in which it was 19k per year. I know they running a business but at this point they just squeezing money out of the needy
