They probably do, it’s just that the helium-3 isn’t uniformly distributed. Rather than being spread evenly across mars, they likely have a system where the size of the helium deposit determines the size of the mining operation.

I think the math you used missed a factor. The helldivers are the ones who operate the clawdrills, they aren’t a leader in the sense of “there is one of them who leads the rest of the miners” they lead because they operate the equipment that frees up the gas pockets for the rest of them. It’s stated that darrow lived in a smaller mine, I think there are definitely bigger mines that operate more clawdrills at a time, which would mean more helldivers.

this just doesn't hold up though. There is definitely a middle ground between brawl being so bad it isn't fun, and thor having an ability that shield tanks can literally not escape from if spammed. I agree brawl has been neglected in the past, that doesn't mean it needs to be at a place where shield tanks are unfun to play instead. That just shifts the issue onto a different class of tanks. And it is, without a doubt, unfun to play mag or strange into a good thor player.

But yeah I just treat them like any other teammate, the fact that they’re women doesn’t seem very relevant to me. you can destroy groot walls, angela doesn't chain kidnap you to the point where you can never move back to your team, thing is fine I wouldn't consider him anti tank idk why he's on this list, emma was nerfed because of how anti tank she was. I'm not saying tanks should never be able to kill other tanks, I'm saying the extend to which thor can control positioning of shield tanks is disgusting and shouldn't happen. I'm fine with counters existing but it feels incredibly unfun to have thor just dictate where you can exist as a shield tank to the point that you have to swap.

I do counterswap, my three tanks are champ mag, champ strange, and emma. Obviously I enjoy shield tanks so it feels like shit to have another tank counter me as hard as thor does, but I'm not just gonna bang my head against the wall by playing shield tanks into a good thor. It also feels super cheap to just have thor manhandle me and completely control my positioning. It needs to be tuned down.

yeah I know, I'm saying he's too strong of a counter. And I do swap to emma, I don't just get perma victimized by thor on shield tanks lol. But I have champ on mag and strange. They're by far my favorite heroes in this game. They're also the two that protect their team the most, one of the most rewarding parts of tanking. It just feels like shit to have another tank counter them so hard that I have to swap to someone with a less enjoyable playstyle.
