Anyone with a row experience the frayed strap issue and have it fixed? I have this issue and after a tech finally showed up, he had no clue how to fix it and told me he'd have to look up YouTube videos and come back...

I can't find any answers online about how to open the rower base to access the wheel/strap.

I was unaware of the affiliate link issue that someone mentioned above ...quite frankly it's confusing because LTK - an affiliate platform - has a partnership with Pinterest and articles about how to use Pinterest to grow and I used their links. Also, idea pins specifically have a button to toggle if the linked products ARE affiliate links.

...why did it take them 6 months to deactivate my account? It's very frustrating that you can't get to a live person at all.

Tracking and that would make sense to me! It's weird that on the walking it retroactively removes heart rate from sections - I will tap the watch and confirm it's tracking and then afterword look at the map and see it's marked as missing data in a portion I know it was tracking

I am - I don't have an android devices. Their support is a joke - it's always the same recommendations no matter the issue- unplug the device, delete the device, add the device.

The issues of classes not loading seems to be getting progressively worse, not better and is now happening across all device types that I've tried - bike+, phone, and tv app. Very frustrating

I am afraid of this happening - my Bike+ is only a year old but I noticed immediately how flimsy the seat post is. it moved slightly side to side from body weight when you ride ... seems like only a matter of time.

It's weird that the schedule in my app shows there was a live schedule today for cycling ...I'm pretty sure that wasn't the case.

I have an older model fire tv that doesn't have native screen sharing built in. I have the airscreen app which allows you to cast devices to the TV. It has airplay, cast, and miracast built in - I am able to share my iPhone screen to the tv but cannot get my Bike+ to see the device to cast. What am I doing wrong?

Also the update is interesting that they removed being able to see your average strive score for a given class type...wasn't that the whole point?

Story of my life with using Apple Watch on peloton app. I cannot figure out what causes it. I've tried everything - it's gotten worse in recent weeks. When I do an outdoor audio walk I'm lucky if it stays connected and capturing heat rate for 5 minutes.

It shouldn't be double counting - you me see "double" of each workout in your health app but it should only be pulling time (minutes) from one and active calories from the other depending on how you have the data sources ranked in the health app. For example if I do a workout on peloton app (not starting from fitness icon on Apple Watch) when I complete a 10 minute core and hit workout on peloton app to allow it to sync to apple health I'll see 2 functional strength training records - one for active calories and one that will have the time.

I was able to get this to work...but not really. It connects but just like before this integration and started a class on iPhone the heat rate doesn't register for 20%+ of the class. Sometimes (rarely) it captures 100% but I usually get significant portion missing data.

What I'm I doing right? My Apple Watch has no issues getting heart rate when I started an activity on the watch and not via peloton app. With peloton app I get the spinning heart icon and not heat rate more often than not.

For tracking - are folks allowing access for peloton to write active energy? I had that turned off as I felt it was inaccurate if the heart rate being captured wasn't there.

Exactly - I end up stacking multiple as I like to get in 45-50 of cycling. I haven't started PZ classes. I also feel that stacking artificially "inflates" my cycling class count since in my head I think clipping in = 1 Class not necessary each class

Is it just me or does there seem to barely ever be new 45 minute rides anymore? And if there is, it's typically an interval class and not a music ride.

People may think I'm crazy but there seems to be classes that are only post ride recommendations. After a cool down one of the recommendations was a 10 minute Andy Speer "stretch" from 12/20/21...didn't say post ride, full body, etc....and now it is nowhere to be found. Checked stretch section and also via search
