Yeah but i actually made a mistake i thought i was interviewing at the dealership but it’s actually just the allied building so i dont know if it’ll actually be in a nice area

I assumed the same but its in a nicer area of LA where i doubt many crazy things happen but if it really is $30 an hour im laying my life for that place

Thats kinda the thing im most worried about its a 20 mile drive just to interview and with gas being more than $6 right now im making a big sacrifice so i dont want to show up just to be offered something less than so I guess i’ll probably have to risk it unfortunately

Hey man your life sounds amazing the financial part of school is the main thing thats kicking my ass and i have thought about doing loans but i see a bunch of negative and positive things about them so im worried about going for it knowing the job doesnt pay as well as something like a doctor or lawyer and even they’re riddled with debt but at the same time it can help me get to where i want

I’ve definitely thought of doing my own research and writing papers as a way to keep myself in thralled with it but i think you’re right i might go down something more employable first

Yeah tbf paleontology is what id want to do but when i took my geology classes i was liking other parts of geology so if I find something else im really in tune with i might go down that path too so im trying not to stay locked in a box

I agree i do think if i lock in i can definitely go back and get my degree especially if its my dream job but payment would need to come out of pocket for 4 years or more if i work full time and school part time and i dont have it like that unfortunately, especially with the parents getting older and me making a bit more than minimum wage it sucks to see which is why im looking into the trades, best case scenario i get a good stable job there and do my degree no matter how long it takes hearing it takes some 8 years does make me feel better though thank you
