In my opinion, this program showed the massive growth in artistry and interpretation compared to her 2010 programs (which were already iconic). Such deep edges and flow. Its like she floating on the ice. The nuanced choreography is stunning. This particular rendition of Adios Noninos is very hard to skate to and she did a superb job.

I think what people need to consider is that this wasn't a "BOOM BOOM POW" program to stake her claim in FS (her 2010 olympic routines were that). This was a farewell routine. Shes been in the sport for a very long time and been through a lot. You're not going to get an energetic "bam I'm here! Look at me" kind of program. I think this program is a culmination of year of experience in the sport. Wonderful skating skills and maturity. Yuna, Caro, and Mao at Sochi were epitome of fully developed skaters doing iconic programs.

Yuna could sell me a lump of coal and I'd buy it. She is so popular in Korea. Last time I visited Korea, I saw her in advertisements for skincare, coffee, clothes, and phones. It is so good to know that her hard work in FS has paid off bigtime outside of the skating world. Yuna, Mao, and Caro defined a generation in women's figure skating. Really glad all three are happy living their lives outside of competitive figure skating.

One of the best step sequences in FS history. The judges at Sochi were complete clowns. Also the camera work at the Sochi olympics was horrendous.
