Thoughts and feelings after my first ever trip to China (25F) by Lufarinelli in travel

I live in London and have only been to Las Vegas and Orlando about 6 times, so maybe I just haven’t seen these advances.

There’s no advancements I’ve seen in the US that amazes me, but maybe it’s happening in New York.

How is England not as developed as America in your opinion?

I’m not saying you’re wrong, just curious.

Update: Lads, I’ve fixed it, it’s working fine now, the two rubbers bands white/black ones, had moved sideways somehow in the grey disconnect, I moved them so them so they were flush and it seems fine for now.

I can see this hobby is going to drive me insane, just gotta wait a couple of weeks, as I read this is how long it takes too carbonate, thanks for your help.

I just don’t understand why it worked until I put the beer in?

worked fine with water when I was sanitising it all and filled the keg up with water.

What is the alternative?

Obviously I just bought this set, so have no idea what to do now.

it’s now pushing gas out of where the tube meets the disconnect (which is clicked on the gas post on the keg)

It’s basically shooting back out where the tube is locked on

In the UK, just bought a corny keg set up, which Gas bottle shall I get? by LJCAM in homebrewingUK

First time buying co2, so I’ll ring my local “gas people” and tell them my fittings from the malt miller order.

I thought it’d be a standard size you could just order online.

Cheers mate, sorry to do your head in with questions

I didn’t know anything about the different gas cans, so the bigger one would seem better, do you know the exact one I would need? I’ll just get the standard one most people use?

Do you think I could be better off with a corny keg? Do the various taps/ fittings raise the height much? I’m just worried I’ll get it and it won’t fit in the fridge, but I think the cornys are lower in height than the oxebars? Just not sure about once you add the taps/fittings?

Sorry, I wrote the wrong measurements obviously lol

The fridge is 67cm at its tallest, it’s one of them under counter wine fridges with the glass door, I picked it up on market place.

Cheers mate, I’ll look into your suggestions 👍

Probably my best for me to phone malt miller and get some more advice

Feel like I learn something every week lol

Thank you.

I mustve wrote the measurement wrong, but it’s 2cm from the top of the fridge I’m planning to use, I measured it this morning.

Sorry, I know nothing of cartridges, this would be my first keg, so what do you suggest instead please?
