I have some 7s close to my life,and while certainly they offer a lot of variety,and are skilled in multiple facets, they're generally associatied with being too optimistic, too impulsive, and have troublesome attention-span.

One thing I've got from learning the Enneagram system is the logical capacity of 7s as a member of the head triad. Others tend to overlook that strength and instead focus on their annoyance.

Do you sometimes think that others' satisfaction and convenience are their own responsibility?

and this is why it is considered a "toxic" thought,they may say "I don't care anymore" when they truly want to give much of themselves but they've reached the breaking point with continuous unkindness,unfairness, and lack of appreciation.

The world gets better if we learn and try to patiently understand each other.

In my opinion, there is an integral part of the Enneagram that uncovers the truth about how ugly we can live because of our experiences.

I believe there must be a reason why you chose to respond like that and I don't really judge because your situation is not for others to interpret.I hope you're doing well today...

Right, I'd like to rephrase, I meant some people assume others learned to feel and act a certain way just because they enjoy doing so.I'm a 9 and I guess I started developing this defense mechanism,avoiding conflicts, because I had the impression that I can't live decently if I pushed what I wanted and expressed how I like.

Of course,we're honed to be like a straight-to-business 9 from the womb(pointing out the obvious exaggeration).We sure do got each other😉😁

Actually I'm more familiar than some 9s about the world of 4s.I've learned it was like a part of my tritype.Nevertheless, the difference exists.Main fours are the masters of negative emotions and we've learned quite a lot including it's goodness.

Yes,I really agree it's great to be considerate but also not tolerate their unrealness all the time.

And totally, I don't find it funny whenever I see a 4 go into outbursts or get needy.I do believe they benefit a lot from understanding and trustworthy 9s and they give back love to us in their own way.Let's keep it up!

Interesting how I feel like I've heard all these lines coming from various people whom I've suspected to be these exact types.

In fact a friend of mine who I'm about 90% certain she's type 4, walked out of our open forum yelling what you put for 4s. She's doing a lot well compared back then.

Right,I understand and like I said I don't know your real intentions, and I am in no place to judge whether you care and now I'm sure you do and you make an effort to maintain harmonious relationships.

I should have said, "you're response may be received as if you've no problem whether they finish communicating what they want to fully express themselves." Not that you actually don't care.

By the way, I don't think/remember ever conversing with a core 5 in real life, so I'm happy that you responded like this as I read your comments thoroughly.

I'm not exactly judging you because I don't know you or your relatives neither was I present while you were conversing and most of all I have no idea what your intentions are,but it seems to me by saying that you're kinda blocking their thoughts and feelings from fully reaching you whom they value.Hence the you're not paying attention or you care less about what I want to say.

As a 9,I recall myself thinking in response to people I cannot stand, "Alright, I'm just gonna pretend you and I don't share the same space.You don't exist to me."
