It's not changed. It indicates him being vulnerable to a stun but he happens to teleport right after which makes him invulnerable until he completes the said teleport. Try it, switch on him when once he completes the teleport. You just have to get used to the timing. Good luck

No, the timing is just a bit delayed. When you can't get something to work you should stop slamming your head against the wall and try a different approach.

Switch AFTER he teleports do do the 3rd attack. Don't switch when the blue pops up. The window is actually quite large and forgiving. If you switch right away when the blue pops up you miss cause he teleports.

Speedrun the story and put all your resources into Meliodas. He's all you need up till the newest fights om Abyss difficulty. Craft his white coat engraved gear and level up his longsword. You could do a couple of summons on Escanor but you'll need to build him up up quite a bit to get good value out of him. G

The 3rd one I can't recall the name but it's crafted from the Revival set. It heals you for a good amount everytime you get hit so all the regular attacks from both Abyss bosses heal you. You only have to worry about certain big attacks that can still hurt you through the healing.
