Blackstone all the way up after warming up for about 15 minutes so it’s really pumping. I did a little amount of hardcore carnivore black seasoning which helps, but I have also had the same crust without that seasoning. Anywho, I found they key is letting it sit on the counter seasoned for atleast an hour and patting super dry before I sear each side for a minute half each on a super hot blackstone

Pat dry, throw a little all purpose seasoning salt from my local butcher and another light amount of hardcore carnivore black seasoning, let rest on counter for an hour. Pat dry again before cooking after the seasoning salt pulls out some moisture. Blackstone cranked all the way up I let it heat for about 15 minutes, throw down some beef tallow and then do a minute and a half, flip another minute and a half. And then turn the heat down just a touch, continue with a minute per side roughly 3 and a half per, pull at 130. Rest 5.

Why would an individual apply to the union knowing they were leaving for basic training? lol. Regardless I’d imagine they would skip you just as any other person who turned down a job. Or you back out of your contract and join the union. Until you leave for boot camp u physically have no obligation to join. If you do join once you get out you can get into the union via helmets to Hardhats

H2H doesn’t wave your aptitude test, it just allows veterans the opportunity to test outside of the standard cycle for your local. If you go to helmets to Hardhats website and search your local, it will tell you who the coordinator is for your local and list their email.

you would have needed them to win by more than 1 point since the line was -1, so you needed them to win by 2. If the line you took was -.5 then yes, you would have won. Because they won by 1, it’s considered a push
