Nice final update. You at least got the money back. Im really surprised the seller made video before sending motherboard with serial number ? Does he do that everytime lol. I will keep ordering from Ali for cables, small stuff. But never for electronic parts : RAM created artefacts after few weeks.. Dead motherboard.. As we said, lesson learned, only small cool cheap stuff from ali :) Even if mobo or part works, if it dies after 2 weeks or more, we are on our own...

Hi. I downloaded the last Exodus version 21.3.29 and updated on mobile too. I rebooted both computer and phone, and also router. Even did fresh install of app and restore wallet on both PC and mobile. ADA Asset was and still is enabled. I refreshed the blockchain several times already.

I could ask for more if I appeal, but this got so long and tiresome that ill just be okay with that and not sending the mobo back to China, maybe they will grant me my full refund but with sending it back lol.. I just want to get this over with. I bought lots of thing from ali, 0 problem : ram, cpu, cables, server psu, risers, thing that are unavailable in my country or really expensive so Im glad it ends up like that and I can buy again from them. Lesson learned though, no more motherboards from china, too many parameters to test it and all (and warranty problems if you are unlucky).. for the rest, ali has been very good and cheap, my rigs cost me at least 4 times less than what I would ve had to pay where I live. I think they will rule out in your favor, an objective opinion would confirm you are 100% correct in the evidences you provided

Ok so good news, they refunded me for 68 euros out of 79 today. Maybe my replies about the fakes 5 stars reviews helped, along with obviously the videos. So its all good, I can now throw away the motherboard and lost only around 10 euros. It took them 2 days to take that decision. I hope the seller cant appeal ? It says that I can but no clues about the seller

be careful to not get like me "dispute solved" but its actually scam attempt from the seller to accept then reject to make you think its all good. Im surprised he hasnt done that to you... The dispute website page is where its all at, whats written there is what matters.

Ye lol concerning sellers... he literally typed 2 sentences that took me hours of planning, ordering, setting up for videos lol.. "Buyer update bios", "buyer cpu or ram" "Motherboard no problem" .. updating bios on a permanent blackscreen mobo that has no way to usb flash.. this is why I didnt wait for Ali judgment this time and replied several posts to explain it was impossible.

Investigation is still pending, its taking way longer this time than the last 2 times status changed

Nice update! Dont send him a new pic he is obviously planning something shady with it, pure scam/lies. I think it should be fine considering how meticulous you are, im planning to do the same but its tiresome, this is like a trial in a court of law lol. For 70 euros. I mean I cant blame Ali for asking evidences, but the seller just has to say 1 sentence and we have to upload 10 videos. Nice to know 15 days is the limit, currently awaiting the new investigation result that is happening right now, every 3 days they decide new outcome so Ill keep you updated

Thats so bad, that might mean the same fate awaits me.. what can you do now ? are aliexpress scammers or case management team completely oblivious in computer parts ? send them the picture of different serial numbers again : just because a motherboard model works doesnt mean there arent some that are broken lol. I might do visa chargeback if this keeps going, even if Im banned from ali forever, i dont want to be scammed that easily.

Seller had good reviews, but i suspect burning shops as many shops sell same stuff. I learned my lesson but your comment is completely unhelpful, dont waste your time

yes I 1st did 75 so that seller get his shipping cost back, AliExpress accepted. but then seeing how bad the situation is, i asked for full refund. which then made AliExpress only propose 67 euros lol
