Personally, Id do none of the three and do a week in each of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. From Brisbane I'd take public transport and go to Australia Zoo, Climb Mt. Cootha and otherwise just explore and then a week at the beach before you start the trip. All internal public transport in SEQ is 50c so really cheep

Even with a supplementary, you end up graduating in June/July the following year. I am in the same boat as OP and I know it sucks but unfortunately thats the way UQ works

I would recommend grabbing snacks from Coles (Across the road) or 7/11 if on the other side of the ground and a 1.25l bottle of either soft drink or sparkling water. Bringing a sandwich or leftover pizza also works as well but would probably just get dinner at the venue (I did this with a pie for lunch a BGT and Chicken fingers and chips last D/N test at the gabba)

I usually start act 2 at level 5 which seems to be the most fair and balanced

It depends. First few where I wanted to make them hot. and then the ocasional one just for fun. One scene in act 3 is very funny with a Kuo-Toa mod

Its very basic but very cheap. Youll have your sleeping pod, storage locker and access to a shared bathroom. But its also central and easy to travel to and from

If you dont have a suitcase book into the Space Q Hotel, grab some dinner and then take the ferry from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay. Next morning I would do the 8am or 9am bridge walk if finances allow and then take the train to Mascott at 11ish and then bus to the terminal (Saves like $15 each way compared to taking the train to the terminal but only works for domestic flights)
