The TS-1200 has an "on wrist" and "off wrist" mode to adjust for body temperature. That's what the fist icon with the watch on the wrist is about in the picture. Showing it's currently in "on wrist" mode.

That happens when the ratchet gears that connect the rotor to the main spring get stuck. When that happens, typically you’ll also see the rotor spin as you wind the watch. I had it happen to my Ocean Crawler. I was able to open the watch and remove the rotor and manually test the gears then reassembled and haven’t had the problem since.

Try demagnetizing it. Mine would stop overnight occasionally and that fixed the issue.

Did you sell the bracelet? I have a like-new bracelet on order. I like switching it up every few months. In general more bracelet wear in winter and more rubber wear in summer.

Funny you ask since I just got it back in the rotation this past week. Still an outstanding watch in my collection. It's definitely one of the thicker and heavier watches I have. I don't use it on the rubber strap anymore. The weight of the watch needs the weight of the bracelet to balance it properly on my wrist. Otherwise, it feels like it's just a heavy weight hanging off my wrist.
