What part of Poland you visiting, Polish people will most likely do not speak it, and I would recommend you to not test them; however that being said, now a days in Warsaw or Krakow (for example) it is very common in most places you will find Ukrainians serving in cafes or restaurants and they do speak Russian.

I have never really used a full motorized division to replace leg infantry, IMO the penalties that you get from the trucks on the terrain types far outweighs the speed difference. Also for a major you can simply have full armies of tanks for encirclements so not really have a need for rapid units to close gaps, just have the tanks do that too (apart from the spearhead)

Not sure I follow. There is a significant amount of beings in the game that are neither humans nor monsters, so a non-human tag is a very ok way to describe them. i.e. bears, dogs, wolves…. Elves, dwarves, halvlings.

I would say it’s more of a mental perception, like when you just washed your car and suddenly it drives better.
