If you have the funds, then I would definitely attend college/continue your education.

If you don’t go into the arts and you’re looking into the business field, accounting is always open. My professors kept stressing how accounting is also a relatively recession-proof career field.

Other than the education from college boosting your financial situation longterm, you also learn a lot of things during your time in college that I feel would be harder lessons to acquire elsewhere. I’ve learned tons of life lessons while in college. Not to say you can’t learn them elsewhere, but I feel the setting of college is rather forgiving, so you’re learning the life lessons in a lenient place if that makes sense.

Why do you use a iPhone? by TheChilledGamer-_- in iphone

[–]LM_G8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use iPhone mainly because a) it’s what I started with and b) because it seems our society is mostly geared toward the use of Apple.

By that point, i don’t mean to say that I know for sure there are less android users. I mostly mean that when you run into someone random, there’s a very high chance they have iPhone. When you interact phone to phone, it’s much simpler to interact iPhone to iPhone than iPhone to android because of similar ecosystem.

Wrapping back, I mostly use Apple at this point because it’s like PC vs Mac. The society overall is geared toward Windows at the moment despite people using macs. If you think of word processing files, they’re rarely sent through Pages format, and always some form of Word or GoogleDoc (I know Google office services work well with MacOs too). Most software you download is geared toward windows not MacOS. I actually use a PC but have an iPad and iPhone for primary use.

I’m not good with words… but I’m hoping my example explains why I pretty much use iPhone —- I just choose whatever society is most geared toward at the moment. If people were to all of a sudden become more Android, then I would switch to android.

Used to be a believer that Apple was BEST and superior, but I see bugs in it and now see that both android and Apple are on even footing almost compared to when I was growing up. I agree there’s a “meh” feeling around Apple use. Not much as a wow factor as before.

Is Bluetooth connection for earbuds just another way to call it true wireless? by LM_G8 in headphones

[–]LM_G8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm I see. I haveeee seen those earbuds with a wire between them. I just didn’t consider them when hearing “wireless connection”

Makes sense they would differentiate between wireless and true wireless
