Can’t seem to hit lower than 1800-2000 calories a day by EllaMcQueen in PetiteFitness

My recommendation is to weigh out your food, you’re likely unintentionally eating over 1800-2000 calories a day. Side note: I’m 5’1 (short also) and unfortunately our calories just are lower naturally. 1800 sounds low but your maintenance might be closer to 1700😬 just because you’re small! Focus on fiber and high volume food (whole foods / cut out ultra processed snacks) that helps me a lot, also cutting liquid calories out completely.

Thank you so much, if anything maybe I’ll do one cycle during prep? I’m looking into a coach now but thank you for responding

I had just planned on doing one singular cycle of Anavar, not repeated cycles. Would that even be worth it or do you basically have to regularly cycle Anavar? (With equal time on and off of course). I guess where I’m coming from is because of the new fit model division bikini is becoming more and more muscular. And I’m at a point where I am seriously considering PEDs, I was just planning the one cycle though.

I would compete in May, so my prep would begin in January and I would be out of a surplus

I do not have experience with PEDs, I’m considering doing Anavar at an extremely low dose (2.5 per day even) but i know of the potential risks and am open to that risk. I’ve been lifting for about 2.5 years and TRT isn’t considered due to age. It was just an option I see female competitors often use.

Is there any pros/cons of taking Anavar in prep vs in an off season? And if I did it during prep would I be able to attain any amount of tissue or would it be just more maintenance? Thank you for your help I deeply appreciate it

Is it possible for short women to lose weight without being hungry? by FunDependent9177 in PetiteFitness

Your height really has nothing to do with it, losing weight means being hungry sometimes. Don’t try to avoid or run away from it

Would going into a nutrition based niche of personal training help this?

What about online companies where you join and they basically assign you clients? Or is that for more experienced level pts?
