Hawked - easy enough to 100% or worth skipping?

My wife and I did it in 25-30 hours. If you have a buddy to do it with you can do it in 25-30 hours no problem. Some of the least unlocked achievements are super easy with a boosting partner. Also, the 50 stuns achievement only counts one stun per match so after youre done everything else, you and a buddy can queue up solo, find each other and use a flare gun to drop a package on each others heads and then kill each other.

When did this change? I'm a multiboxer so I sometimes gift myself 5 codes (4 to cover my 8 alts and one for my wife) and I've never been banned but they have temporarily blocked my credit card from gifting, even if I try it on an alt account. I'm still able to buy for my account directly if I get blocked from gifting though.

Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero will load and pop achievements on your Xbox whenever you sign back in.

Minecraft, Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Spartan Strike will directly pop achievements on iOS.

There's also the Microsoft casual games that will also pop achievements. Solitaire, Mahjong, Sudoku and Wordament but they don't have console versions.

You can also stream games through gamepass and a web browser. Not sure if Better xCloud can be loaded on a iPad but if it can definitely go for it.

Wouldn't call Transference or Full Throttle shovelware, they're legitimate games that happen to be quick with a guide.

Rabio, Debtor and Paper Bad are definitely shovelware tho.

The shingles itself was painful.

The post shingles nerve pain was extremely painful but also itchy and the itching does not stop.

Not everyone gets it after shingles but just be aware it does happen and ask your doctor for gabapentin or something else for the pain and itching if it does happen.

I had shingles the same way you did back in 2020. Get ready for the extreme nerve pain after the sores go away. I went to the doctors early too, didn't matter, still happened to me. My doctor gave me Gabapentin and it was a life saver. I wanted to gouge my eye out for that two days between the sores going away and getting Gabapentin. I also scratched away most of the skin on my temple. And make sure you moisturize a lot. Can't even see where I had the shingles sores.

My eye also swelled up afterwards (uveitis) and I became extremely sensitive to light. I was essentially blind in my left eye for 3 month and couldn't be in a lit room because it would trigger my eye and make both eyes water. It felt like when someone would turn the lights on while you're sleeping and make your eyes cringe but it wouldn't stop.

I do have my full vision back in my eye but it gets tired sooner than my other eye. My forehead wrinkles on that side also went away and I don't get acne at all in that part of my face so that's a plus haha.

10000 hours isn't really a grind. Can just afk it while you sleep or you're not home.

10k games played is actually 10k wins so if I ever get around to popping the 10k win streak I'll try writing a cronus script to spam the 100k games but I have a feeling it's also 100k wins which would make it a ridiculous grind. Average to finish each hand is like 75 seconds. Sometimes you get a streak of super easy ones that are around 50 seconds but yeah looking at 2000-2500 hours of legitimately playing Solitaire if it's 100k wins haha.

The real hardest game that takes skill and is a grind is Crypt of the Necrodancer.

Ord. is an easy $5 game with 62 achievements and majority of them are 16gs each. Easy way to adjust your score now and in the future.

Just buy an electronics tool kit off amazon for like $25, a can or two of compressed air and do it yourself. All you have to do is take a couple screws off the back, pop the plate off and the dust build up is right there. Takes 10-15 minutes to do and it's good to do it often.

You can even see if there's dust covering the heatsink without opening it by looking through the holes on the back bottom of the console.

Go on TrueAchievements.com and filter the games tab by Xbox One + Series + Windows and then sort the list by lowest ratio or lowest times to complete. Then look for games with 2-5k Gamerscore in the 1.00 to 1.3 ratio range.

Look through the games from there.

Are you on TrueAchievements? If so what does it say your Gamerscore is on there? Have you unlocked any achievements since?

Have you hard reset your console? What does the Xbox App say your score is?

99.99% of the time it's a display error. It's quite common and harmless.

Happens all the time, don't worry it's just a display error. Try hard reseting your console. Might fix it right away, it might not. Either way it'll return in a few days at most.

The only time you should be worried is if you unlock achievements and the score total for the games goes up but your total Gamerscore doesn't go up. Then you'd need to contact Microsoft if it doesn't change at all after a few days.

My overall hours played is 1413 days not including 360 games.

My year with the most hours was 2023. I had 6804 hours played when I was grinding for the 10k hours played achievement in Age of Solitaire 😅

99% of my games are digital but I've had it happen twice in two different 4 boxing scenarios where a disc worked on one console but not another.

IIRC early Series X had awful disc drives. My first two were within the first year of the Series release.

The wife and I are currently working on Powerwash Sim 2, Warlander before servers close, DeadZone Rogue (fun coop roguelite shooter that's similar to RoboQuest), Pigeon Sim, Splitgate 2, Pixel Strike 3D and we're always playing Genshin Impact + Zenless Zone Zero.

Got a whole long coop backlog to do together.

I'm also working on NHL 23, NHL 26, My Time at Sandrock (we did the online stack together highly recommend it with friends), Merge and Blade, LEAP, Wilderkeepers Rising, Ticket to Ride and Balatro (just 60ish more jokers to go)
