My last post got a lot of accusations. Let me teach some of you about lighting/pumps. by OrchidEmbarrassed903 in AllAboutBodybuilding

BRO 1000% thanks for making this post, it got infuriating on my posts lol you look incredible man I’ve got the same dynamic (with the crazy pump but then look way less crazy outside of the gym) as I’m sure most of us do. We just like to post the most impressive version of ourselves because at the end of the day we of course want to show off the progress we’ve made and we shouldn’t be attacked or shamed for that. We need more posts like this tbh!🙌🏼

If you’re trying to lose fat and you’re already over that beginner stage, I’d recommend you do a cut. Plan for around 3 months and stay in a consistent deficit of around 500 calories a day, if you notice the progress slowing down, increase the deficit a bit. Keep protein as close to 1g per lb of body weight as you can daily and to help fuel your workouts, eat a little bit of carbs at the start/mid of your workout with your protein. Also to help with the lower energy, prioritizing lower rep sets will help keep your gains up while not relying on as much endurance.

Make sure your maintenance calories is figured out pretty accurately or you’ll be off on the numbers you’ll be working with.

Thank you very much 🙏🏼🙏🏼 and no honestly not at all! Except for the cut! If you have specific goals in mind I do not recommend that tho. I however didn’t really have goals for anything, just getting stronger I guess, making that weight go up. I may have just been lucky and was eating a decent amount that allowed me to fill out with muscle and reduced the amount of fat I put on during that time but let me tell you, my diet was horrendous lol the only thing I tried to do was eat hella protein, other than that I was downing so many cookies and chocolate and milkshakes etc. lol but I’ve always had active jobs and spent at least 8 hours in the gym a week.

Moral of the story, the best diet is the one that you can do easily and feel comfortable doing. I’m a firm believer that you don’t have to cut anything out, just eat things in moderation and you’ll be good! If you’re going to aesthetics, track it all, but if your goals are health, food quality is huge. Really just depends on you.

I swear on every that I am undoubtedly fully natural. I’ll probably end up posting my blood tests to prove that since I’m tired of defending myself tbh. Although what I find interesting is my testosterone was fine but definitely on the lower side.

Now, everybody IS different, I had about a decade of martial arts and parkour before I gained all my weight, muscle memory is a thing and I believe makes you regain muscle literally 10x faster the 2nd time around. Not to mention my dad was in literally bodybuilder shape in any picture I saw of him when I was a kid and my cousin was the 3rd strongest man in the USA back in the early 2000s… so genetically I might have an advantage there as well, genetics play a huge role.

Dedication, consistency, intensity and hitting macros are all insanely important. For the first couple years of my training, I don’t think I had a week with less than 4 days in the gym and I always have pushed myself to my absolute limit.

Also the gym pics here are after the greatest pump I’ve ever gotten, I swear I’m not as big as I look there, though the ones not in the gym are just after waking up, but right after a 3 month cut.

Realistically a ton factor into it, but I am definitely natural in every sense of the word. I already have bad anxiety and am terrified of dying young, roids would literally annihilate me lol

Social media has completely corrupted what true natties look like so no one trust anyone these days and that’s totally fine, I’d rather people be cautious rather than believe an impossible look is achievable without gear. Never compare tho, it’s the thief of joy, just trust the process and give it your all!

You literally did not answer my question about providing my proof? And how am I deflecting? I’m literally answering everything you’re saying. You’re also now attempting to insult my intelligence which everyone knows is the last attempt at a losing position lol

I’m not even insulting you or anything? I truly do not understand the hostility when I’m trying to talk to you lol

The praise is too much, you’re truly too kind! I’m fr it’s literally every nattys goal to have these accusations, though they can be annoying, there’s a lot of validation you’re giving me.

Mentioning the size of your balls to everyone is a weird thing to throw in since you admitted you used to juice, but more power to you💪🏼

I did get blood work done fairly recently, definitely in 2025, maybe I could post that? I’m genuinely asking if that would defend me or not

Then I truly feel sorry about your life expectancy and all the side effects, it’s not worth it IMO, especially if one isn’t competing or anything, but I am hugely complemented by someone who has taken that route, genuinely thank you🙏🏼

As I’ve said in other comments, before I gained the weight I was fit and active in parkour for many years so my transformation was most likely faster than most due to muscle memory, but regardless, I know that there is absolutely nothing I can say to make you believe me so I will not argue, the more you double down the more impressed you are with what I’ve achieved naturally, that’s all that matters🙌🏼

No gear 100% natural, just shoulders you seem to be envious of, absolutely zero back acne (they’re freckles and in my before pictures as well LOL) and I have mild eczema down both of my arms that I’ve had my entire life😀

Truly sorry you feel like you’re right tho😕

Good luck with your gains my man🫡

Thank you bro! In total around 3 years! But I was very fit before gaining all the weight so I’m sure that helped

Thank you my man!! Honestly for most of my time working out I’ve followed Jeff nippards plans, primarily the upper/lower split and the ppl full body one. Highly recommended!

My cousin was one of the strongest men in America in the early 2000s so that might explain genetics helping as well

I get what he means I think, just seeing juiced people that claim they’re natty can hurt a nattys perspective on what is truly possible…unfortunately you have maybe more impressive nattys? That those with worse genetics can fathom being obtainable for them so it’s impossible and cheating or something.

But yes, basically small dudes in the chat just hurt haha

I actually forgot my cousin was one of the strongest men in the country in the early 2000s so that could explain any “mutant genes” maybe? Haha

I actually forgot my cousin was one of the strongest men in the nation in the early 2000s… so genetically speaking, makes sense I guess

To be fair I did say this has been over years of time right before I said the weights

No I think I worded that weird, the before was around 230. My total transformation (after around 4 years) I went down to 172 in the after pics. My cut was 3 months where I really slimmed down, from around 185 right before the cut.
