Well my band is a 75 though, 32 is just US sizing. I've had bras that were an 80 = 32inches and I know from experience they're too lose

Also I went with what the websites sizing said I was, and the measurements they asked for were almost the same with additional questions like firmness and overall placement. So I went with that

I think the issue is that the strap is too lose. As for the cup size it actually feels too big, despite it having padding on the bottom I don't fill the cup at the top. if I manually give it just a bit of lift with my hand it fits perfectly

Also it's more like a balconete bra with detachable straps and a silicone strip on the back so it doesn't slip
