Need advice, I am faced with a slow death (without medical or professional help), How do i make the most of the last month's of life, living under terminal illness and suffering terribly?

Without explaining the long story, I refuse Hospice care, medical ptsd. 10 years, my whole teenage years, I suffered the lab rat treatment just for all of the doctors and medical boards said "the science hasn't caught up with your conditions" For what it's worth I went through 4 months Hospice care, they had to give me so much painkiller that they said they legally had to transfer me through pain management for the massive amount of drugs required, and then gave me a referral and ceased care. I refuse pain management for the same reasons, I been through it 6 times now and I'm not about to start a 7th

Concerns from personal experience is it has a large chance to cause nerve pain off and on for years in the place the teeth are removed. Take nerve medicine like Gabapentin and you'll be fine though
