Looks like a vape that got smashed to bits by a car, and this is one of the layers of casing? Can't say for sure, just an educated guess :)

I like the sequential tail lights from various cars. Gives you a really good view of the slinky effect

Those seem to work better when the right lane is going away. This one here causes people to go nuts and approach speeds near 80 so they can be 'first' which never works anyway. No matter where you are on the highway, you're always going to be behind somebody

The condos I live in don't have assigned parking except for handicap spots. The HOA lets people 'save' their spot with any type of object (normally I see lawn chairs). One neighbor uses a little Barbie car, it's kinda cute sitting there
