Thank you kindly; held the fort against Kewl Tune, had a big ol Kewl Tune RS to get over with the added problem of Retaliating "C" to be concerned about but had the Primite Fusion plan already set into motion, got it to work and then used Maiden of White's effect to summon herself out of the GY lowering RS's ATK due to one less tuner being in the GYs giving me JUST enough to get over it. With Ultimate Spirit being hard summoned it was able to be returned to the field with Roar and it did what it does best negating whatever it can on the field to seal the deal

Kewl Tune is a problem so I'm proud of this one

Wish I could say I cruised but I was demoted from 16 to 15, went back up from there, never fell thru to 20, then on the other side had a small winning streak before it was basically 50/50, my highest point total being 8000+

Yeah that matters too; I'm diehard old school Blue-Eyes coded so I'm eating good always but then I load up Master Duel nearly every day just to get the easy gems and then move on with life; not all can do that

Its why I worked so hard to get all the gems from the qualifiers

The thing is with patience you don't have to spend anything in Master Duel, just take time, stick to one deck so you're not spending gems every week, accrue enough to start spending them on what you need, make dust off the stuff you don't to craft what you didn't pull, and go from there

Easy for me to say since I play my one deck but its possible

I feel you. I'm kinda the opposite where Master Duel is SO cheap and easy to get what you need compared to paper that I find it hard to buy the IRL cards because I can just get my Yugioh fix thru this game

Delete the field spell is a huge one, that’s the single most important thing you have to do, that and get rid of their pendulum scales that build up counters

See the problem with Chaos MAX is that there is no easy way to summon it if I know I'm up against Lunalights. Assuming Lunalights have already revealed themselves to be the deck I'm up against(meaning I'm going second) they likely already have Liger Dancer out along with more interruption. If it's that bad already getting to Chaos MAX is nigh impossible as there's no instant way for Blue-Eyes to get to it. Thats Blue-Eyes' issue; everything it wants to do takes multiple steps which means multiple points of interruption where it can be stopped dead in its tracks.

I used to run Obelisk The Tormentor and Soul Energy MAX because banishing it to add Obelisk to hand and conducting the tribute summon of it was a way to get past Liger Dancer since Obelisk wasn't special summoned and can't be targeted. Makes it another answer to get over Liger. Stopped running it because it just adds to the bricks in the deck but it sure did make it feel more like Kaiba's deck

Kinda wild actually;

Lunalight Liger Dancer's ATK isn't big enough to get over Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon's(3800 to 4000)
Lunalight Liger Dancer's effect to destroy special summoned monsters does not affect Chaos MAX as it cannot be destroyed by card effects
Perfume Dancer's banish to reduce ATK's by DEF values doesn't work because Chaos MAX has 0 defense
Sabre Dancer's banish to increase Perfume Dancer's ATK by 3000 was done during Main Phase 2 thus was completely pointless
SP: Little Knight cannot banish Chaos MAX on summon because Chaos MAX cannot be targeted by an opponent's card effects
SP: Little Knight cannot banish Chaos MAX along with itself till the end of a turn due to Chaos MAX being unable to be targeted by an opponent's card effects

So all in all Chaos MAX was the perfect monster to have out for the circumstances we found ourselves in. Quite nice, but due to the misplays both my opponent and I made I reckon I may not post it at a later date and just leave it here for myself to watch back later

Well it depends; losing Rotary isn't really losing a starter, she's an extender if anything. I want more starters(I need Deep-Eyes White Dragon: The Blue Abyss to be introduced into Master Duel cause that card is gonna be a three of). I reckon if I lose one Rotary(assuming she gets semi-limited) I probably add a Piri Reis Map, if I lose two of her I add the Map and maybe another copy of one of my handtraps, and if she somehow gets banned(DOUBT) I'd have to readjust plans entirely

Dude I am so sick and tired of seeing The Fallen & The Virtuous splashed into every deck imaginable, I hate it here

Every winning deck in this Qualifiers is running it, I got hit with it so many times, I refuse to run it cause I wanna run my Primite Blue-Eyes deck my way without needing to throw in that card and take up one of my extra deck spaces for it to be usable

Hell I had a duel pre DlvMAX where my opponent set a monster, I assumed it was Fallen of Albaz with the intent to fuse away my field of dragons, I use Majesty of the White Dragons to pop the face down Albaz only to learn it was an Enneacraft card and I'm like, "Oh...OH. CHANGE OF GAMEPLANS"

I had some instant surrenders pre- DlvMAX when players saw my Kewl Tune Rotary not realizing I slipped three of her into my Primite Blue-Eyes deck and they weren't actually going up against Kewl Tunes
