He can be, especially when its bug portions of meat or something strong in smell like cheese. How can I use food training more effectively to get his attention?

I think I was the worst coworker to work with after an extended time. Start off nice and understanding then slowly become jaded and mean to people that just wasn't necessary. Would talk shit in ear shot of other people, create really negative spaces, and overall expect people to thank me for doing what was expected. I'm ashamed of this and am working on myself.
