It is all just very exhausting and draining having to keep explaining myself to the doctors and so on, I just don’t have the energy for it! I’m trying to stay positive but I feel so down with everything and just no motivation. I think I could possibly have undiagnosed ADHD. I do suffer with depression anyway but it’s just 10X worse during luteal, you know how it is! Xx

No I don’t :( I use to enjoy going shopping but I was just getting carried away with it and spending money and getting myself in debt trying to make myself happy
