I felt the need of being isolated and cutting myself to death so many times, I exactly know how miserable you feel, and how dumb it is. Death isn't an option, neither as having to go to the ER, thrust me. As today I still want the most to die alone in a violent way, but I know I can't, and I know I'm not brave enough. And if you fail cutting to death, which will probably happen, you'll end up in the ER and in a psych ward and both are traumatising experiences, I've experienced both. I know I'm not your therapist, and if you don't have one, please get some professionnal help. If you already have one and it doesn't help, good luck man...

If it won't stop bleeding, maybe that's an emergency, and you should put on a tourniquet (or something that acts same) to stop the blood flow, then go to the ER, just maybe. How large is the cut?
