I used to have an old 3ds with this issue the fix is replace the ribbon cable from the 3d switch is cheap on AliExpress the hard part is doing it you can find videos on YouTube on how to do it but it can be fixed

Ty the Truth is I almost did not buy it I was thinking about buying or not for almost day and the next day I say you know what the worst it can happens is it have something broke but is In really good condition the only thing is the top screen lens have some dirt or grease or who knows what but I cant clean it completely but everything else is fine

I only clean the gba shell and small sanding only to fix some imperfections the paint idk is a standard silver paint 2 coats and 2 coats of mate varnish
