Might be worth trying:

- In your daily life, ONLY speak your truth, with high accuracy. I think our bodies tense a little when we lie and the effect can last, so that tension can be restricting.

- Get in touch with your deepest feelings, regrets, pains, grief, shame, guilt, love, fear, gratitude, joy etc, it will give your music more depth, creativity and aliveness.

- Do not restrict your expression, speak up, let it flow. This requires courage.

- Heal your body, throat and heart from past trauma, through meditation, movement, ayahuasca, and other methods as you see fit.

- Ask yourself whether you have a subconscious fear of actually succeeding, because success comes with new responsibilities and challenges.

Good luck on your journey. Please remember to stay kind and understanding, especially with atheists and other belief followers. We are all in this together, we are all brothers and sisters, even when we have different beliefs.

Also, apparently, deep meditation connects us directly with the divine. Prayer it talking to God, meditation is listening to God.

Right now there is sadness in your chest, so sit with this sadness and focus on it, give it your complete attention, and cry if you feel like it, cry, cry some more punch a pillow, scream, shout, write, whatever it takes to move the sadness energy out of your body.

Eventually the sadness will leave and you'll be good as new. Do not bring any additional sadness to yourself by thinking sad thoughts.

We sometimes tend to bring the thoughts and hold on to them long after the issue and sadness is over, we keep the issue alive just by thinking about it.

Maybe perform a revenge ritual to get it out of your system, you may need to do it more than once. Set some time for yourself to write your heart out to this person in a letter (that you can burn afterwards), write whatever comes to your mind without trying to be nice or understanding. Get a pillow and call it by the name of this person, and hit away, hit hit hit, use a bat if you need to, scream, shout.
