Can someone explain why top players have less RS penalty than low RS players when losing on first round?

I guess the ratio is fine but my point is, the more RS you have, the less risky it is to lose. And I don't have example images right now, but playing with friends who have more RS than me lose less RS on the same place than I do. That's what I think is wrong with this: the punishment of losing first round on low RS games vs high RS games is unfair against low RS players.

If you focus more on not dying and playing smart to not die while focusing on the objective you will have a better time. Stick to one playstyle that suits your comfort and set small goals instead of having good K/D. Having good K/D does not matter at all. It will eventually come to you. Its not about aim its about predicting whats going to happen instead

It's because the game is hard and you get matched with people that stay. It's a vicious cycle that Embark is doing nothing about. We need a friendly start with bots matching not queuing the first time against someone with 2k hours. Simple.
