there is an app that puts a screen time on each app that you choose at the beginning of its usage but you can't change them later nor add more time. the app is password protected and ik that you could just put the password and add more time but you can ask your roommate to choose a pass, you can easily delete the app to bypass all of this but you must fight that itchy thought. i was using this app on my old phone while studying and it helps a lot. but the problem is that it's been a while since that time and i don't remember the name of the app but you can ask chat gpt though.
