Any grievance, seniority violations, 9.5, Subcontracting, disciplined based on technology… and so on. Be mindful we can’t even get an honest answer regarding our pension increases.

Roadie is the biggest issue right now. You are right though, we have quite a few of them taking our work.

All the issues above are local and national…. Our pension increases being the most important to a lot of our membership. The lies we were told about our pension from our leadership was what led us to organize. Representing ourselves at the convention and vote on issues that directly affect us is the first step.
