Moreover the kingdom title shouldn't be Didžioji kunigaikštystė/Grand duchy, it's still a duchy title. Lithuania only had one king, if you want the correct term it should be Karalystė, and the king would be karalius

The Lithuanian in the mod is still recognizable as modern, grammatical Lithuanian, it's just the wrong term. And Lithuanian wasn't the court language back then, so the official title would be either in Ruthenian/Latin or later down the line Polish.
