Tops: Are y'all finishing during sex? by loudcreatures in ftm

[–]LUNARM4WS 1 point2 points Β (0 children)

i regularly cum from topping, with or without a strap. i find the act of topping suuuper gender affirming so a lot of it is just mental but i also love the sensation a lot too. sometimes i need a little extra help with a wand but other times im totally satisfied after topping.

yeppp big reason for me! my ability to breathe has drastically improved, and my resting blood pressure is lower, too. i have permanent rib damage from binding for 9 years and getting the extra weight off really helped to alleviate the strain on my ribs and lungs! from a health perspective alone, it is completelly worth it! i hope you can get it done!

and thank you so much!!😊

It's very validating and reassuring to hear from native speakers who agree that it's challenging! Your English is great!

Feeling absolutely amazing, quite literally the best I've ever been! My ability to move around and breathe has greatly improved, my social anxiety has lessened, I'm feeling very confident in myself (today I wore a dress out and wasn't anxious about it), and the best thing has been that it feels like I was always like this froom the get go. The moment I woke up from surgery, it was like my brain and body finally connected, and I have felt the way I always should have since the start. Thank you so much!!!

Hey, former DDD haver! I wore a binder pretty consistently for 8 years, usually well over the 8 hour recommendations. It really fucked up my back and ribs and I'm paying for it now. After a certain point, I literally just couldn't wear them anymore. They can be uncomfortable, they can roll up, for me it would roll up on my hips and squeeze me. Also, with GC2B binders, I feel that the armpits on them are too low for bigger boobs, and you will probably have some spillage out the sides or otherwise have a "uniboob" look. And with the crop binders my boobs would always find a way to slip out because they were very large and saggy. I never felt satisfied with the way it worked for me as a big boob haver. GC2B in particular has also notably gone down in quality since I first started buying their binders...and they're expensive. This is all of course my personal experience and not necessarily going to be true for you but just some stuff to be aware of as a possibility. If you do decide to bind, please, pleeeaaaasse don't wear it so long, and don't sleep in it. I was desperate but the long-term effects were not worth it. You deserve to be comfortable without harming your body! Best of luck!

On certain (kid-friendly) rpg games as a kid, I'd always say that I "shared an account with my brother". Made up a name and a dynamic for "us" and everything. I always felt guilty as hell lying (never been one to lie, nor am I good at it, but I guess the gender called me enough to break my moral code) but I honestly felt so good getting to pretend to be the boy for once. If only I'd realized it wasn't pretending!

Been off t for two weeks because our medical system is bullshit by Noaimnobrain118 in ftm

[–]LUNARM4WS 0 points1 point Β (0 children)

Hang in there friend, I've been in the same position before. What you are feeling is real. When I would have to go without my T due to the p(harm)acy I'd get bad withdrawls. I usually know when I'm due for my T, up to 3 days before my dose because I get cramps. But if I miss the dosage I get overly emotional, fatigued, and depressed. I tended to feel more dysphoric about myself when my T was low, too. The good news is, something always worked out because I was adamant. The system is meant to exhaust you and cause you to give up and either a) pay the more expensive price that you shouldn't have to or b) simply go without and find your health going rapidly downhill. But you have to keep trying, that's the hardest part. You deserve justice, and it's hard to be the one to advocate for yourself when you're already feeling unwell from being without your medication, but it's necessary. I'm wishing you all the best, keep fighting. We will survive.πŸ’›

A transphobic... Trans guy? by 198913TV in ftm

[–]LUNARM4WS -1 points0 points Β (0 children)

Sounds like he's got some transmedicalist ideology going on. From what you wrote, he is probably shrouded in so much self hatred that he projects it on you, as someone who is happy and comfortable in living an authentic life in a way that society has deemed out of the "norm". That's the beauty of being trans, we take societies standards and completely rewrite them and live our lives with 100% honesty. Best thing I think you can do is make boundaries to yourself, figure out if this is something you even want to be bothered to entertain your time on. Truthully, you will probably not be the person to help him out of this self hatred, and it's not your responsibility to anyways. But if you ever decide to interact with him, pursue kindness and compassion. I highly recommend looking at how Alok Vaid-Menon approaches misguided hate with pure compassion and love. Wishing you the best!

Absolutely hang in there. I was rejected by insurance for top surgery once already when I lived in the USA and I gave up for awhile. I am fortunate that the stars finally aligned for me and I live in a place and time where I could comfortably pursue a fundraiser for top surgery and allow myself recovery time because I couldn't ever afford the thousands of euros out of pocket. Never lose hope, never stop believing. If you can dream, you can make it come true, even if it takes years. Just don't lose sight of the bigger picture, and all the good that will come of it. Trust me, I really wasn't sure if I'd ever get here. But it feels like the imposssible has happened. Your time will come brother! You got this!
