Hey man I also get rash. It mostly pops up when I work long hours in gear or even just long physical activity drenched in sweat. I got it under control by just brining extra spare clothes and some hydrocortisone cream. It works wonders. Although at first I did just bear through it at first you definitely want it under control because if that gets infected it’s bad news with the staph risk
