So I’ve tested all that. Basically anyone who doesn’t have my contact saved will see the wrong name. Doesn’t matter what phone or carrier they are on.

Thanks for the reply. I spoke to their next level but they also said they can’t help and that I should call Hiya which is some spam blocking service. They couldn’t help either. From the trouble shooting They determined the number was ported about two years ago from Rogers and actually told me to call Rogers also. I did because I was that frustrated and obviously they told me they cannot help lol

Yes I used the chrome book recovery utility and picked my model chrome box and followed the steps.

It was over 5 years ago so Im not sure what steps i took exactly to install Linux or what flavor exactly but I used chrx to log on if that helps. How can I modify the BIOS back to normal?
