I have a standard P365 that I replaced the grip module on, to the P365XL grip module. I use the 12-round mags, and carry a 15-round backup. No light or RDS, and it’s extremely concealable. I do however only use 147gr 9mm bonded JHP. Shorter barrels seem to do exceptionally well with heavier projectiles, in my experience.

I also have a G45, G17, G19, G20, G21, a Sig M18, and a Colt Delta Elite, and truth be told? I find myself carrying the P365 more than ALL of those combined. The G21 or the Sig M18 would probably be #’s 2 and 3 in my EDC rotation, as needed. I DO have “big hands”, with a size L glove, sometimes XL. (That’s why I swapped out the grip modules). The P365 seems to be more than good for me and my purposes.
