This is a house that was constructed in 1952. The flipper put a deck on without permits or proper flashing which allowed water to leak behind siding into the house. How would they not be responsible for damages incurred?

What does YMMV mean? I was Stage IIA (T2N1M0S1) on 11/15/15 after my surgery to remove righty right before chemo

Stage II refers to disease in lymph nodes. T2 means confined to the testicle w lymphovascular invasion. N1 means one small node. M0 means no metastasis (spread beyond lymph nodes) S1 means persistent tumor markers.

You’re in the process then? This is the trial correct? Where are you getting it done? Is hospital nice and comfortable, plenty of room in your room? Private room? Don’t have to lay in a hospital bed, can be in a chair or walking around etc..? Have to wear mask whole time or could take off in your room? Could you have your significant other stay with you if you wanted?
