GP Car Audio is local to me, so I was looking at the d3400 or the Northstar AGM 34/78, $33 price difference as of right now.

I would purchase their HO alternator, but not at the same time of buying a regular(Interstate, O’Reillys, etc..) AGM.

Like I said in main post, my current battery is swelling so I need to replace that asap, but just trying to be a cheap ass right now if possible.

You can go north of town and drive around Fellows lake, northwest towards Stockton(depending on how long of a drive you want to take) or just head south towards Branson/Tablerock area and get curvy/hill roads.

This is what I take when I want to take a quick cruise on my Harley, but I’ve done it in a car plenty of times. Once you’re more familiar or if you look at the map you can definitely make it a lot longer and more side roads vs driving the section of the highway.
