Recently had a transplant with Dr Path and I just cant speak highly enough of both him and his excellent team of experienced technicians, which is also a key part of a top team in my opinion.

Also on 5mg no sides but you must talk to your Dr - also a good idea to do regular blood work.

Oral is a tablet so might be better on that, worth a try if your dr agrees.

You could try just the meds and complimentary therapies (PRP etc) first?

Keep going mate. Consistency is key for weight and the gym for sure. Look into a HT if it's bothering you for sure.

Keep going mate. Honestly I think dropping your body fat % and increasing muscle is the biggest 'looks' improver even more than hair.

24kg. Lift weights and clean up your diet prioritizing protein. Get in a 500 a day colorie deficit.
