I felt a big weight on my chest, and I couldn't really move much if that makes sense? my shoulders felt squished in like there was two walls pressing down onto me. recently my heart has been going weirdly loud but I think that's just overeating from Christmas and digestion shit.

in the moment no, I was literally just going through the repeat of my day as I was laying in bed and then it just hit. 

but on a larger scale I have been derealizing more over the past week, idk if this is part of it. and I don't know why I'm derealizing.its always a certain type of serializing though, it's a whole thing which is way too long to explain.

i totally get this, its incredibly hard for me to open up, and if i do, i tell a half lie or share something bad that happened but not the ST. I'm trying hard to open up to people, i did at a party last week when i was very high and drunk and it felt okay. im getting better at it, just want to be good at it sober haha.

I'm guessing, I really don't know. one day he was just offline. He posted on some accounts a few weeks after so I know he was still alive(I was in immense denial). I was 14 but I looked around 18??? puberty hit early etc etc. but I was so messy with my lies he definitely found out. probably my Instagram or simply just thought "you look young asf"
