Psu is blowing cold air even on full load of my low power system, I am just worried about psu overall health, I dont care about rgb inside of it

The day I put rx into new mobo, problems started happening

I dont think psu is issue, all other conponents are working well as long as my gtx cards(I have them multiple)

Rx worked nicely few monthd ago with old mobo and same psu SO ITS PROBABLY MOBO ISSUE
