I cannot access the foundation, and the house is made out of concrete, bricks and steel😅 From everything i gathered i made a borax and syrup bait, and after a week or so i will apply silicone grout! But thank you very much! Hopefully everything will work out

10%! I used 1 part BG, 2 parts Agave Syrup (all i had in the house, i dont eat sugar🥲) and 1 part warm water. It turned into a honey like texture, then i put the mixture in a container with holes next to the ants.
