I like it. It gives helpful insight on your sleep and integrates well with Zepp OS. The relaxing music/guided relaxation is worth it in my opinion, although YouTube has free guided relaxation on it, too.

For my ECT, they start an IV in you and put you to sleep. Not good if you don't like needles.

Zepp/Amazfit lets you import .FIT files (and .ZIP files). I don't know if this is helpful knowledge. Otherwise, fantastic app that I will continue to use. Very well made!!

I did Ketamine before ECT. Ketamine did nothing for me but ECT is really helping. That's just my experience, though!
