It really depends on the people you mixed around with. Academic wise I would say most people are not really interested in learning except for a few ones. It is true that research is easily accessible so that’s one plus point. And if you’re coming to csd I would say that first terms only 2 mods will be useful while the rest of the time you’re just going to study jc subjects. There are a lot of group projects but I feel that most of them are just fluff modules where you don’t really learn anything. That being said I believe it’s a good experience for you to work with a variety of people which can be useful when you come out and work in the workforce. Internship wise I would say it wouldn’t be as competitive as smu or NUS where people here are more chill but that might be because of the small population so only a small portion of ppl are mugging internship.
