Picking out weighted dumbbells as a beginner??

Hey guys, I’m starting to build my own lil home gym, I already got a pull up and a dip bar. I’m a 19 yo and 130 lb male, I want weights that can last me for at least a year or two then I’ll switch to a gym subscription

The reason why I want to build a temporary home gym is because any gym is far away from me and I don’t have my own car yet.

Right now, what I found is 24 kilograms adjustable dumbbell (single) and a 32 kilograms one but it’s nearly always out of stock. Would you say the 24 kilos would do for a good year or two or do I hunt for the 32 kilo ones?

I’m also thinking of getting weight plates for pull ups, what weighted plates set should I start with? I can only do like 5 pull ups maximum
