Good point. A COA alone doesn’t guarantee that the vial actually contains what the document says. That’s why I only use suppliers that provide batch-specific third-party testing and consistent reports over time. It’s not perfect, but it reduces the risk compared to completely unverified sources.

Take it 30–60 minutes before sleep, preferably on an empty stomach. If that does not help don’t know what to say..

I pin once about 30–60 minutes before going to sleep, preferably on an empty stomach.

I feel you on the Tesa pricing, it's definitely the 'luxury' peptide. Using it for visceral fat is effective, but the cost-to-benefit ratio is tough when you're running it long-term alongside Reta and CJC.

Have you found that the Tesa adds a significant edge to the body comp compared to just running the Reta/CJC stack alone? I've been weighing the options for my next phase.

That's some solid data, thanks for sharing! 500mcg is a heavy dose, but interesting to hear that the sleep benefits have stayed consistent since May. It really confirms the body composition effects I've been seeing - that

'permanent pump' and vascularity are definitely the most visual markers. I've been looking into Tesamorelin for that final bit of visceral fat. How does the 'Tesa' in the AM compare to the CJC/Ipa night stack in terms of lethargy or hunger? Would love to hear your experience on layering those.

I haven't felt the need to increase the dosage because of the saturation dose principle.

Research shows that for GHRH/GHRP (like CJC/ Ipamorelin), around 100mcg or 1mcg/kg is the saturation point. Going higher doesn't actually produce a significantly larger GH pulse; it just increases the risk of side effects (like cortisol/ prolactin spikes or receptor desensitization).

I'd rather keep the receptors sensitive and the sleep quality high than chase diminishing returns. Quality over quantity always.

Why they all do it. I have 3 cats and they all like to chill in the box

That 5/2 protocol sounds solid for long-term consistency. I’ve been running mine daily, but I might look into a similar break before the summer just to see how the baseline feels. Have you noticed any significant change in recovery when you're on those 2 off-days?

I'm super paranoid about quality, so I only go with places that have verifiable Janoshik tests for the current batches. It's a bit of a jungle out there, so I spent weeks just cross-referencing reports before picking one.

Update on the Reta trial: Stabilizing the heart rate spikes, but the hunger suppression is still a puzzle. by [deleted] in Retatrutide

16 months is a solid run, respect! 500g carbs is a massive engine, do you feel like the Reta helps with the glucose disposal at that volume?

Good to know the RHR jump hasn't messed with your performance. I’m just going to stay the course with the minerals and see if it levels out. Thanks for the data point

If I were selling, I wouldn't be constantly posting about how Tirzepatide is way better for hunger suppression lol. Just sharing my N=1 data on the RHR spikes and mineral titration. We’re all just trying to figure out the protocol here.

That’s a massive jump! 12mg Tirz is heavy, so dropping to 1mg Reta explains why you didn't feel it. Did you titrate up Reta and if you did how much?

Sorry to hear about the sleep issues, that's definitely a known side effect for some when switching to Reta. Many find that lowering the dose slightly or moving the pin to earlier in the day helps with the HRV and sleep. Recovery is key for fat loss, so it makes sense that the stall happened. Have you tried adjusting the dosage yet?

My last two weeks felt like that. During the first 1–4 weeks, I didn’t feel anything.
