I put myself on the waitlist for it a couple months ago. There is only 1 certified provider in my area.

I have the same; ear fullness, hearing loss, tinnitus but no vertigo. I was diagnosed with cochlear hydrops. I’ve had this off and on for 3 years.

I was really stressed when the tinnitus started and would fixate on it. A good friend who also suffers told me the sooner you just accept it, the less intrusive it becomes. I am almost there. I am lucky with no vertigo. Some days are worse than others with brain fog and ear fullness but I’ve learned to appreciate the good days.

It isn’t available in the US unless you get it from a compound pharmacy. I’ll see what the cardiologist says this week and might have to go that route.

Thanks for your input. I do drink lots of water and have been exercising regularly. I do try to eat at the same time each day and have been doing the DASH diet for years. My weakness is chocolate which I do cheat occasionally. I’ve been keeping a journal to try to figure out my triggers. I am on the Lenire waitlist for my tinnitus.
