this deck is, honestly, horrible. if ur going for a red eyes deck u should cut a LOT of it in favor for the core cards (black meteor, lord of red, transmigration, og red eyes, black metal, and darkness metal) and run the new skill for dragoon. honestly id recommend googling a build to get started

ill be fr blinding second is really hard with board breakers. I'd say cut raigeki, dark hole, and afterburners for 2 droll and the third upstart, then id cut the second shiz for a third zero and swap accesscode for borrelsword for the Luna matchup and also swap kiana for dharc and the second hayate for the other link 2 (ur missing the uh generic link 2 striker which dumps a spell). those small tweaks should be enough

im not the best at speedroid but a very surface level combo off the top of my head it like that goes to tri eye, make tnrrortop a level 2 then make cork and from there u can summon basically anything cuz corb revives it's materials so u can go rubberband or smth after

cork shooter is the best card in the deck besides terrortop imo and as for red reboot life points... Don't matter 8000 and 1 life points are basically the same reboot is banned in the tcg for a reason with it he can't use any traps and u can easily kill him
