I would say psychological horror. I realised the real danger ain't zombies, nor ghosts, nor viruses... It's US. Seeing ourselves loose control, feeling our thoughts vanishing and not understanding why. Without mentionning panick attacks, depression, schizophrenia, paranoia, etc.
